About us We are a busy General Dentistry practice and we are looking for a highly motivated, friendly and professional individual. This position can be full or part-time...depending on the candidate. Experience in this type of work is a plus; however, not needed as we are willing to train. The right candidate will be comfortable interacting with patients of all ages and will be responsible for scheduling, billing, handling insurance claims along with other varied clerical duties. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and will be willing to learn to help in all aspects of the dental office. Responsibilities: Friendly phone manners and scheduling appointments Accurately take and record patients' information understanding HIPPA compliance Answer questions and offer assistance to patients.
