Duties Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk with enthusiasm, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere Schedule appointments efficiently using dental practice management software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix Verify insurance coverage, perform insurance eligibility checks, and handle insurance claims processing using systems like Vyne. Collect payments and perform Dental billing and coding. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for health information management Answer multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette and assist patients with inquiries or appointment rescheduling Manage dental records, perform filing, and support overall office management tasks to keep the front office organized and efficient Qualifications Our Front Office Team serves as the face of the practice. We are seeking individuals who understand the importance of professional presentation and are committed to maintaining our elevated brand image. Candidates must be comfortable following strict dress, grooming, and appearance standards, including tailored professional attire, polished grooming, and a refined, patient-ready appearance every day. Proven experience in a dental office administrative support role. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, dental billing procedures Familiarity with practice management systems such as Eaglesoft and Dentrix. Proficiency in Google Work Space and basic computer skills for documentation review and data entry. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient care and communication Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse patient populations Prior clinic or dental experience is highly preferred; office experience in Admin is beneficial Strong organizational skills including filing, scheduling, insurance verification, and dental information management Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering top-tier dental care while fostering a welcoming environment for our patients.
