Dental Front Desk Receptionist and Assistant - Grace Dental Santa Rosa - Santa Rosa, CA

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Dental Receptionist who have some background of dental assisting to join our team. In this role, you mainly will be responsible for managing the front desk duties. Additionally , setup and clean the operatory rooms or assisting the dentist if needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a patient-focus environment. We are looking for someone who is organized and detail-oriented and who is able to maintain a professional attitude at all times. Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients. Schedule appointments and confirm patient information. Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner. Maintain patient records and files in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Collect payments and process insurance claims. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and faxing documents.
