Dental Front Desk Manager - Canton Smile Studio - Baltimore, MD

Our modern, state-of-the-art dental office is looking for an experienced Dental Front Desk Manager to join our growing team! We are known for our warm, welcoming atmosphere, amazing doctors, supportive team, and wonderful patients. We are seeking a full-time Front Desk Manager with at least 2 years of dental office experience. The ideal candidate is confident discussing financials with patients, highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Leadership experience is preferred, and strong communication/customer service skills are a must. Hours: Monday/Thursday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Tuesday 10:00 am – 7:00 pm Wednesday 8:00 am – 3:00 pm Friday 8:00 am – 2:00 pm No weekends! Never more than 40 hours per week. Responsibilities: Managing front office operations and daily patient flow Verifying and building insurance plans as needed Collecting deposits and copays at checkout Estimating treatment costs with strong attention to detail Presenting and following up on treatment plans Providing exceptional customer service and building patient relationships Filling hygiene and doctor schedules efficiently Answering patient phone calls and assisting with scheduling needs Supporting team communication and maintaining a positive office environment Requirements: Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience required Strong knowledge of dental insurance and treatment presentation Must be reliable, punctual, organized, and professional Positive attitude with a team-player mentality Willingness to learn and grow with the office Benefits: 1 week PTO after 1 year 2 weeks PTO after 2 years 6 paid holidays after 90 days 401(k) with match after 1 year Short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance Health insurance stipend Competitive pay Please send us your resume!
