Position Summary The Registered Dental Assistant plays a vital role in delivering outstanding patient experiences by assisting doctors with clinical procedures, maintaining treatment rooms, ensuring infection control compliance, and supporting efficient office operations. Responsibilities Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient care Take and process dental radiographs Perform coronal polishing and other duties permitted by California RDA regulations Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation Educate patients regarding oral health and post-treatment instructions Sterilize and organize instruments according to OSHA and CDC standards Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations Deliver exceptional customer service and patient care Qualifications Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license Current CPR certification Knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with dental software preferred but not required What We Offer Competitive compensation Health benefits Paid time off and holidays Continuing education opportunities Supportive leadership and team environment Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Our Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is dependable, accountable, solution-oriented, and committed to creating an outstanding experience for every patient.
