We are a modern PPO and fee-for-service practice with strong patient demand, an established patient base, and a substantial backlog of diagnosed treatment. This opportunity is ideal for a confident clinician who enjoys comprehensive general dentistry and wants to practice in a supportive, technology-driven environment with experienced assistants and front office support. Schedule Part-Time: 2 to 2.5 days per week Full-Time: 4 to 4.5 days per week Office Hours Monday through Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Fridays: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM First and Third Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Clinical Responsibilities Comprehensive examinations and diagnosis Treatment planning and case acceptance discussions Restorative dentistry, including fillings, crowns, and bridges Fixed and removable prosthetics Surgical extractions preferred Implant restoration experience preferred Collaboration with specialty providers when appropriate Building long-term patient relationships through excellent clinical care and communication Qualifications 3+ years of independent clinical experience preferred Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills Comfortable managing a productive schedule Excellent communication and patient relationship skills Team-oriented, dependable, and professional Active Illinois dental license in good standing Compensation Percentage of collections Immediate patient demand and existing treatment opportunities Established patient flow with a strong patient base Why Join Lincolnwood Family Dental?
