Dental Receptionist - Dr. Bruce B. Wiland D.D.S., M.S.D. - Richmond, IN

This job is to help make sure our fast paced periodontal office runs smoothly and efficiently. Patients are in our Richmond office on Wednesdays from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM . We are closed one Wednesday a month and this day would be utilized for you to market to our referring dental offices. There is a potential of working additional days during the week to accomplish other front office tasks. This can be discussed during the interview process. Tasks include but are not limited to: -Answering the phones -Checking voicemail and returning calls within 24 hours -Checking patients in and out -Entering patient paperwork in our software system, Dentrix -Collecting payments -Scheduling appointments -Running reports through our software system -Verifying and billing dental insurance -Presenting treatment plans As part of the interview process, you will have to travel to our Indianapolis office.
