QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for an amazing Treatment Coordinator & Orthodontic Assistant to add to our growing orthodontic practice! The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate and knowledgeable about orthodontics and providing quality patient care to our awesome patients! If this sounds like you, please send us your resume! JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to): Communicating with patients regarding their treatment plan. Being the patient's advocate and ensuring that they have a full understanding of the treatment plan that is recommended. Following up with patients. Communicating with local dental offices. Facilitating appointments with other professionals. Charting of patient/treatment information Taking patient records (including x-rays, photos, and digital scans) Sterilizing instruments and disinfecting carts and other equipment Educating and encouraging patients to follow the recommendations of the orthodontist Data collection through various reports (in Excel/Sheets/Word/Docs) Scheduling appointments Answering phones WHAT WE OFFER: A full time position with an opportunity for a competitive hourly rate.
