Dental Assistant Full-time/Part-time - Eunice Gonsalves DDS Inc - Cupertino, CA

Our General Dentistry office in Cupertino is looking for a full-time/part-time Dental Assistant to join our team. We work four days a week Mon, Tues, Wed and Friday. We are willing to provide training to the right candidate Responsibilities: - Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures - Take and record vital signs of patients - Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment - Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care - Take digital dental x-rays and intra-oral scans - Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation - Conduct initial patient assessments, including taking medical history and recording chief complaints - Give patients post-operative instructions - Complete patient chart notes Requirements: - High school diploma - Experience as a Dental Assistant or similar role - Knowledge of dental assisting procedures, techniques, and protocols - Familiarity with dental anatomy and terminology - Proficient in Dentrix or similar dental software - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
