Dental Insurance Coordinator / Receptionist Southern Pines Dental is seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Dental Insurance Coordinator / Receptionist to join our team in Arcadia, LA. We are a family-focused dental practice committed to providing caring, comfortable dentistry for patients of all ages. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with a welcoming attitude Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling and questions Schedule appointments and help manage the daily doctor and hygiene schedules Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments Assist patients with insurance-related questions and coverage information Submit, track, and follow up on dental insurance claims as needed Communicate with insurance companies regarding patient benefits, claim status, and outstanding claims Collect payments and discuss financial arrangements with patients Help maintain an efficient and organized front office Qualifications Previous dental front office, insurance coordination, or receptionist experience preferred Knowledge of dental insurance verification, insurance benefits, and claims processing preferred Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: $17–$20 per hour , based on experience Dental benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Sick Leave 401(k) with company match Uniform allowance Schedule Full-Time Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Work Location In person – Arcadia, LA We are looking for a dependable team member who will create a positive first impression for our patients and work closely with our team to provide outstanding service and care.
