We are seeking a skilled and motivated Periodontist to join our growing team. Position Highlights Established referral base with patients referred directly to your office No traveling between practices 4-day work week (MondayâThursday) Complete clinical autonomy Guaranteed compensation during transition period Opportunity to grow a high-producing practice LANAP training available Responsibilities Perform comprehensive periodontal examinations and diagnoses Develop and deliver treatment plans Perform periodontal surgery and dental implant procedures Provide cosmetic periodontal treatments Perform or train in LANAP procedures Administer IV conscious sedation (preferred) Build and maintain relationships with referring dentists and their teams Participate in continuing education events for referring doctors Collaborate with leadership to support practice growth Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school South Carolina dental license (or ability to obtain) Periodontics specialty training required Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred IV Conscious Sedation certification preferred Strong clinical, leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills Growth-minded and team-oriented professional Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $400,000â$650,000+ annually Guaranteed minimum compensation for six months Production-based compensation model with significant earning potential Comprehensive health insurance 401(k) with 4% employer match Malpractice insurance provided Flexible CE allowance Professional development opportunities Supportive, collaborative team environment Excellent work-life balance Schedule MondayâThursday 8:00 AM â 5:00 PM Daily team huddle at 7:45 AM 32 clinical hours per week Why Charleston?
