Traveling General Dentist – Endodontics Focus (Root Canal Therapy Only) Greater Boston & Western Massachusetts About the Opportunity We are seeking a General Dentist with strong endodontic skills to provide root canal therapy exclusively across our five Massachusetts locations. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys focusing on what they do best — molar and anterior endodontics — without the administrative burden of managing hygiene checks, restorative schedules, or treatment planning beyond endo. You'll travel between our well-established, high-volume offices on a rotating schedule, with a steady stream of internally referred endodontic cases waiting for you at each location. Compensation 35% of adjusted production — uncapped earning potential High internal referral volume across five busy multi-specialty offices means a full endo schedule from day one Practice Locations You will rotate among the following offices: Brockton Mattapan Lawrence Springfield Holyoke Rotation schedule is flexible and will be built around case volume and your availability. What You'll Do Perform anterior, premolar, and molar root canal therapy referred internally from our general dentists Manage retreatments within your comfort level Communicate clearly with referring doctors on case status and post-endo restorative needs Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation What We're Looking For DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school Active Massachusetts dental license (or eligibility) Demonstrated proficiency and confidence in molar endodontics — rotary systems, working length determination, obturation GPR/AEGD training or significant endo CE a plus (endodontists also welcome to apply) Comfortable traveling among the five offices; reliable transportation required Current DEA registration and malpractice coverage eligibility Why This Role Do only endo.
