RuCo Orthodontics is a locally owned, fast growing orthodontic practice looking for a positive, hard working team member to join our office as a Records / Sterilization Technician. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, helping patients feel comfortable, and being part of a supportive team environment. Responsibilities Taking orthodontic records including: Photos Digital scans X-rays (will help you get licensed for RDA) Cleaning, sterilizing, and organizing instruments Helping maintain a clean and efficient clinical area Assisting the clinical team as needed Providing excellent customer service to patients and families Qualifications Must speak both Spanish and English Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable and punctual Team player with great communication skills Dental or orthodontic experience is preferred but willing to train the right person About Us At RuCo Orthodontics, we believe everyone deserves a smile.
