About the role Vacaville Dental Care is hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our practice. Schedule Tuesday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (one-hour lunch midday) 32 hours per week — a four-day work week with three-day weekends every week Compensation & benefits $63–$67 / hour starting pay, based on experience Hourly, non-exempt — overtime eligible 401(k) eligibility after one year of employment 5 paid holidays per year Paid vacation time (PTO) Group health insurance available (employee-paid) What we're looking for Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license Current CPR / BLS certification Radiography / X-ray certification Excellent periodontal assessment and scaling/root planing skills Strong chairside manner and clear, patient-friendly communication Meticulous attention to detail, infection control, and documentation A team-first attitude and the drive to be the best at what you do Qualifications Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program Clinical hygiene experience preferred; new graduates with outstanding skills are encouraged to apply Comfort with modern digital dental technology and electronic charting Pay: $63.00 - $67.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Paid time off Work Location: In person
