Surgical Assistant/Front Office Assistant – Boutique Oral Surgery Practice (Fargo, ND) You know that coworker who makes anxious patients laugh, keeps everything running smoothly, and somehow always knows where everything is? We're hiring that person. We're a small, tight-knit oral surgery team adding one assistant to the crew — and we're picky, because culture matters here. The Role This is a cross-trained position. You'll split your time between the front desk (greeting patients, scheduling, phones) and the clinical side (chairside assisting, sterilization, room turnover). Some days you're up front, some days you're in the back — flexibility is the job. What We're Looking For RDA certification is ideal, but not required — we'll train the right person Warm, calm, and genuinely good with people (our patients are often nervous; you'll put them at ease) Organized and reliable, with attention to detail A team player who pitches in wherever needed Why You'll Like It Here We take the work seriously, but not ourselves.
