Our practice is looking for a part-time dental hygienist for Wednesdays and Thursdays (every other Monday also available). Office hours are 8am-5pm. Pay is negotiable based on experience. New graduates welcome to apply! Qualifications · Must be a reliable, team player with good communication skills, detail oriented, and able to multi-task · Current CPR Certification · Registered Dental Hygienist license (Required) · Dentrix experience preferred Responsibilities Candidates are expected to perform routine hygiene duties including: · Take patient’s blood pressure · Taking digital x-rays · Complete periodontal charting annually · Perform prophylaxes · Perform periodontal therapy · Apply sealants · Presentation of initial findings and recommended periodontal treatment · Confidently answer patient questions regarding any necessary treatment · Enter treatment performed and treatment plans in the chart · Give oral hygiene instructions · Assist in recare scheduling Job Type: Part-time Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule License/Certification: Registered Dental Hygienist (Required) Work Location: In person
