We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing practice in East Lansing, Michigan. Position Summary The Registered Dental Hygienist will play a vital role in promoting oral health and delivering preventive dental care to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about educating patients on maintaining excellent oral hygiene. Key Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings, scaling, polishing, and preventive hygiene procedures Conduct patient oral health assessments and chart findings Take and review digital dental X-rays Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, periodontal care, and preventive treatments Assist dentists with treatment planning and patient care coordination Apply fluoride treatments and sealants as needed Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control guidelines Sterilize instruments and maintain clean treatment areas Provide excellent customer service and ensure patient comfort throughout visits Qualifications Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the State of Michigan Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program Current CPR/BLS certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of Dentrix or other dental software preferred New graduates are encouraged to apply Preferred Skills Strong attention to detail Excellent patient communication and education skills Team-oriented attitude with a positive mindset Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Full-time consistent schedule Supportive and collaborative team environment Modern office with updated dental technology Opportunities for professional growth and continuing education Paid time off and additional benefits may be available based on experience Schedule Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Work Location In-person – East Lansing, MI How to Apply We are excited to welcome a passionate Dental Hygienist to our team!
