What You'll Do · Welcome patients and help create a positive experience from the moment they arrive · Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort throughout their visit · Set up instruments, equipment, and materials needed for procedures · Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards · Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures, including fillings, crowns, surgical procedures, and more · Complete laboratory tasks as directed · Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions · Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked · Assist with scheduling appointments · Maintain accurate patient records What We're Looking For · Dental assisting experience preferred (1 year or more) · CPR Certification preferred · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail · Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment · A positive attitude and team-first mentality · Someone who truly enjoys caring for patients and helping them achieve healthy smiles Benefits · Competitive Pay: $20–$24 per hour · Paid Holidays · Life Insurance · In-House Dental Coverage · 401(k) Retirement Plan · Short-Term Disability Insurance · Long-Term Disability Insurance Schedule · Full-Time · Monday through Thursday · 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM · No evenings or weekends Why Join Us?
