Established dental office in Los Angeles is seeking a reliable and professional Dental Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities include: Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments Greeting and checking in patients Verifying insurance information Managing patient records Coordinating front desk operations Processing payments and maintaining schedules Requirements: Previous front desk or dental office experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and dependable Familiarity with dental scheduling software is a plus Processing dental insurance claims Verifying patient insurance eligibility and benefits Following up on outstanding claims and payments Posting insurance and patient payments Reviewing treatment plans and billing accuracy Communicating with insurance companies regarding claims Maintaining accurate patient billing records Dental Biller Requirements: Previous dental billing experience preferred Knowledge of PPO, HMO, and dental insurance procedures Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with dental software is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team We can’t wait to meet the newest member of our dental family!
