Qualifications At least of 1-2 years of clinical experience outside of school preferred. New grads are welcome Comfortable performing the full scope of general dentistry, which includes restorative, endodontics, prosthodontics, implants, and Invisalign Ability to demonstrate and deliver dental treatment with care and compassion, and ability to work cohesively with their team. Benefits Base salary pay $1000 for experience dentist and percentage of production are offered that allows you to vastly exceed your daily floor Compensation of both are based on the provider's experience and skillset Our office have a huddle meeting prior to opening each day, and we ask that doctors join the meeting Responsibilities Normal business hours are 9am-6pm weekdays (Monday-Friday) Provide top-tier comprehensive general dentistry. Drive practice growth through excellent case presentation, high treatment acceptance, and clinical efficiency. Collaborate on operational metrics to ensure the practice is thriving smoothly.
