Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Colorado Springs, CO

Full-Time Dental Assistant â TMJ & Sleep Apnea Specialty Practice Are you a motivated, detail-oriented dental assistant who enjoys helping patients improve their quality of life? Our growing specialty practice focuses exclusively on treating TMJ disorders and sleep apnea, and we are seeking an exceptional team member to join us full-time. Schedule Candidates must be available to work during business hours between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. No evenings No weekends Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Responsibilities The ideal candidate will be comfortable with both clinical and administrative responsibilities, including: Clinical Duties Drawing blood for PRF procedures Taking CBCT and panoramic radiographs Capturing digital impressions using a Trios intraoral scanner Taking photographic series for Botox treatment documentation Clinical charting and record maintenance Assisting the doctor with patient care and treatment delivery Educating patients about treatment options and how our services can improve their health and quality of life Administrative & Front Desk Duties Answering incoming phone calls with professionalism and warmth Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments Managing new patient intake and onboarding Handling incoming and outgoing referrals Communicating with referring providers regarding patient status, treatment progress, and care updates Coordinating communication and follow-through with dental laboratories Assisting with insurance-related documentation as needed Maintaining accurate patient records and correspondence Providing an exceptional patient experience from initial contact through treatment Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Has dental assisting experience Demonstrates strong customer service and communication skills Is comfortable balancing both clinical and front office responsibilities Has an excellent phone presence and enjoys interacting with patients Communicates professionally with patients, providers, and team members Is naturally curious and eager to learn Takes initiative and works independently Maintains exceptional attention to detail Is organized, reliable, and accountable Thrives in a team-oriented environment Our Core Values We are committed to a culture of accountability, growth, and service.
