A dependable and motivated full time dental receptionist is needed for our practice. As the face of our practice you are someone who is caring, must be attentive to detail and have strong communication skills. You are focused on the operations of the practice so the dental professionals can concentrate on patient care. -prompt and courteous phone etiquette -greeting patients and assure patient paperwork is completed timely -confidently collect, process and post fees for services -Organization is a must -computer literate to navigate our dental programs Dentrix, Dexis, Patient Engage and Microsoft Word -1 year of dental front desk experience preferred -Dental Insurance verifications -Scheduling -Billing Office Duties include but are not limited to : -Verifying insurance, Answering phones, Scheduling Appointments, Collecting Payments, Confirming Appointments, Managing Supplies, Data Entry, Scanning, Medical Clearance and Posting Procedures and Payments, Billing Insurance and Monthly Statements.
