Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) We are looking for a compassionate clinical dental assistant who will make the office more efficient and pleasant for patients. We have need for an assistant to assist the hygienist primarily and the doctor chairside if needed. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is comfortable interacting with patients, taking radiographs, polishing teeth. We are looking for a dental assistant that is well-organized with great attention to detail, is able to follow instructions and be a fast learner. Pay will be based on experience and ability. Responsibilities Welcome patients in the dental office Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort Select and set up instruments, equipment as needed for procedures Assisting the Doctor during procedures Sterilization Take Radiographs Coronal Polish Undertake tasks as instructed Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked Schedule appointments Maintain accurate patient records Skills Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods Understanding of health & safety regulations Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks like coronal polishing is a required Good computer skills Excellent communication and people skills Attention to detail Well-organized and reliable Dental assistant certification or registration required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Continuing education credits Employee discount Free parking On-the-job training Paid time off Ability to Commute: Fayetteville, AR (Required) Ability to Relocate: Fayetteville, AR: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
