What You'll Do Assist the orthodontist during patient treatment and procedures Communicate patient needs and concerns clearly to the orthodontist Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and oral health care Provide post-treatment and home care instructions Take digital X-rays and intraoral images as needed Gather and maintain accurate patient records and chart notes Prepare treatment rooms and ensure supplies are stocked Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards Perform laboratory duties and other clinical responsibilities as assigned What We're Looking For ✔ Prior experience as an Orthodontic Assistant required ✔ Knowledge of dental and orthodontic terminology ✔ Strong communication and patient education skills ✔ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail ✔ Comfortable working with children, teens, and families ✔ Proficient computer skills ✔ Willingness to travel between our four office locations ⭐ Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply ⭐ Experience with Dolphin Imaging software is a plus Why Join Tebo Dental?
