Our work environment includes: Modern office setting We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our super fun, family-like team! Our office is different than most, as we truly treat our patients like family and we take a full comprehensive approach to each person that walks through the doors. Our office is also fully digital! We are looking for someone to be our Patient Advocate, someone that can truly explain who we are, how we can acheive whatever outcome the patient is looking for (function, esthetics, etc.) and why we love what we do at our office!! A successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, greeting visitors, answering phones, patient communication, and handling the front desk area. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Sales experience and social media experience is a plus! Responsibilities: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate area Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate person or department Maintain a neat and organized reception area Provide information about the company and its services Schedule appointments and manage calendars. Manage social media posts (content creation is a plus!!) Assist with administrative tasks (as needed) Spanish speaking is also a plus!!
