Dental Assistant (with RDA) - Smile Brands Inc. - Chicago, IL

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with patients, values teamwork, and takes pride in helping create smooth, efficient, and positive dental visits. Schedule (days/hours): Monday 8-5pm, Tuesday 8-6pm, Wed. 7-12noon, Thurs. 8-6pm, Friday 8-5pm Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures Prepare and disinfect treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays) Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and at ease throughout their visit Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols Support patient flow and contribute to an efficient daily schedule Work collaboratively with the team to ensure an excellent patient experience Qualifications: Dental assisting experience preferred CPR Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for patient care Compensation: $23 - $25 About: Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (“PTO”), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
