Job Summary As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care while supporting the dentist and clinical team in providing high-quality dental services. You will help create a positive patient experience by ensuring treatment rooms are prepared, procedures run efficiently, and patients feel comfortable throughout their visit. **** Pay rate / compensation will be discussed with interview and will be based on experience. SERIOUS APPLICANTS ONLY Duties and Responsibilities Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures by preparing instruments, materials, and treatment rooms Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment according to infection control and OSHA standards Take dental radiographs digitally Assist with charting treatments and documenting clinical notes Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stocking clinical supplies Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment Support the dental team in delivering efficient, high-quality patient care In all capacities, team members are expected to support a professional, welcoming environment and contribute to efficient daily operations. Experience and Qualifications: Previous experience as a Dental Assistant required Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, instruments, and infection control protocols Experience assisting dentist during clinical procedures, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining infection control standards Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach Bilingual fluency in Spanish is preferred, but not necessary Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively Professional, dependable, and team-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care **** Pay rate / compensation will be discussed with interview and will be based on experience.
