We're looking for an experienced Registered Dental Assistant who takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care and enjoys being part of a collaborative, high-performing team. Del Mar Dental Studio is a privately owned practice focused on comprehensive, cosmetic, restorative, implant, and airway-centered dentistry. We are not a corporate office, and we value quality, attention to detail, and building long-term relationships with our patients. What You'll Do Assist with restorative, cosmetic, implant, and surgical procedures Take digital radiographs and CBCT scans Support digital workflows, scanning, and treatment presentations Maintain excellent infection control and patient privacy standards Help create a comfortable, positive patient experience Work closely with doctors, hygienists, and administrative team members Provide occasional front office support, including patient check-in/check-out, answering phones, scheduling, and assisting with administrative tasks when needed Cross-train to help ensure seamless patient care and office operations What We're Looking For Strong clinical and technical skills Excellent communication and patient care skills Ability to work independently while supporting team goals Adaptability and strong organizational skills Commitment to professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail Willingness to assist in both clinical and administrative areas as needed Preferred Experience Dentrix CEREC / Primescan CBCT imaging Implant dentistry Orthodontics / Invisalign Front office experience, including scheduling, patient communication, insurance coordination, or treatment planning support Why Join Del Mar Dental Studio?
