What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Friendly, positive, and great with people Hard-working and dependable Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Excited to learn and improve A true team player Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable using computers and technology Professional with patients, parents, and teammates Interested in building a long-term career in orthodontics Responsibilities Include Assisting the doctor during orthodontic procedures Taking x-rays and digital scans, including iTero scans Preparing rooms and instruments for patient care Supporting excellent patient flow throughout the day Communicating with patients and families in a warm, professional way Helping with sterilization, OSHA, and HIPAA protocols Using Dolphin Management in our paperless practice Supporting scheduling, patient communication, and other front-office systems as needed Participating in team goals, training, and continued growth Experience and Qualifications Highly Preferred, but not required: 1+ year of orthodontic or dental assisting experience Dental x-ray certification or willingness to obtain certification Experience with iTero, Dolphin Management, or other dental software Comfort using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and social media platforms New to orthodontics? We are willing to train the right person if you bring a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to grow.
