What You’ll Do Assist the dentist chairside during procedures Perform RDA functions as permitted by license Take dental X-rays Prepare and sterilize instruments Set up and stock operatories Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment Support a high-volume patient flow Provide excellent patient care and communication What We’re Looking For Current RDA License (preferred) X-Ray Certification 1–2 years of dental assisting experience preferred Strong chairside manners and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Knowledge of EagleSoft is a plus Benefits 401(k) + company match Health insurance Paid time off & vacation accrual Personal hours accrual Employee discounts Incentive programs Schedule Full-Time 8-hour shifts Monday–Saturday availability Why Join Us?
