Fast-paced private dental practice in Houghton Lake is looking for an experienced Dental Hygienist for our growing practice. Multi-doctor office has exceptional benefits, including medical, dental, 401k with employer matching, PTO, as well as, CE assistance. Desiring full-time (4-5 days) . No evenings/weekends. Qualifications: Proven experience as Dental Hygienist Outstanding communication skills, patient and friendly personality Attention to detail Diploma in Dental Hygiene and a valid license to practice Dental Hygienist License (Required) CPR license Responsibilities: Identify and help patient manage conditions like gingivitis, caries or periodontitis Conduct initial mouth screenings and check oral health history Remove plaque, polish and apply fluoride Sterilize, manage instruments properly and with care Ensure patients feel as comfortable as possible before their examination Educate patients on proper teeth care, including restorative options Take diagnostically sound X-rays or dental impressions Maintain digital documentation and charts on each patient daily Monitor supplies Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Work Location: In person
