Our rapidly expanding dental practice is looking for a dental receptionist with knowledge of insurance, and is willing to expand on that. We are looking for a detail-oriented, self motivated individual who is a team player. Responsibilities - Greet and check-in patients upon arrival at the dental office. - Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar efficiently. - Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism. - Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy in documentation. - Assist with administrative tasks such as billing and insurance claims. - Collaborate with dental team members to provide excellent patient care.
