We are looking for a strong, experienced leader to help drive our front office operations and elevate the patient experience. Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dental Front Office Assistant with at least 3 years of dental office leadership experience . This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office, leading the administrative team, and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every patient. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily front office operations (scheduling, check-in/out, phones, patient flow) Lead, coach, and hold accountable the front office team Ensure an exceptional patient experience at every touchpoint Manage insurance verification, billing coordination, and patient accounts Optimize scheduling to maximize production and efficiency Handle patient concerns professionally and effectively Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs): Production Collections Case acceptance Schedule utilization Work closely with doctors and clinical team to maintain a productive and positive workflow Maintain accurate records using dental software (Open Dental preferred) Qualifications Minimum 3 years of dental office management or front office leadership experience (REQUIRED) Strong understanding of dental insurance, billing, and A/R management Proven leadership and team development skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Experience with Open Dental or similar software preferred What Weâre Looking For A confident leader who takes ownership Someone who is solutions-driven, not problem-focused A team builder who creates accountability and positivity A professional who is passionate about delivering a five-star patient experience Why Join Us?
