We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate dental assistant to join our friendly, privately owned dental practice. This position is opening as we prepare to celebrate the retirement of a valued team member who has been with our practice for 35 years! Responsibilities: ~Assist the dentist with restorative procedures (fillings, crowns, bridges, etc.) ~Take dental radiographs ~Prepare and sterilize instruments; maintain clean, organized operatories ~Complete chart prep to support efficient patient flow ~Fabricate temporaries, place retraction cord ~Use dental scanning technology ~Educate patients and provide post-op instructions ~Detailed treatment planning Qualifications: Dental Assistant certification/licensure in Pennsylvania One year of Dental assisting experience required Supportive team member Schedule & Benefits: Full-time | Monday–Thursday (no evenings or weekends) Competitive pay based on experience PTO & paid holidays 401(k) with profit sharing Employee dental benefits Monthly bonus structure Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Employee discount Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Profit sharing Uniform allowance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
