Looking for an associate dentist for Tuesdays and Thursdays with hopes of adding a work day for Wednesdays if the associate it is the right fit for my office. It is a relatively new office located in West Caldwell having been open for about six years. It is a five operatory office with three full time hygienists. The associate will start off with two hygienists and will work out of one room for treatment. I will be at the office for most of the time that the associate is working so there is an opportunity for mentorship if they would like.
