Responsibilities Welcome patients and create a positive first impression Answer phones and assist with scheduling Help patients navigate appointments and treatment plans Assist clinical team members as needed Learn practice systems and follow established processes Maintain accurate records and documentation Support office organization and efficiency Participate in team meetings and training Continuously develop new skills and responsibilities Required Attendance All team members must attend our morning huddles: Monday: 8:20 AM â 8:25 AM Wednesday: 8:20 AM â 8:25 AM Friday: 8:00 AM â 8:05 AM These meetings are an important part of our culture, communication, and patient care.
