The Schedule To maintain continuity of care for our exploding patient base, we need a reliable partner for these specific days: The Must-Haves: Wednesdays and Fridays are absolute requirements. Best Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (A perfect 4-day workweek) What You’ll Do (Your Impact) Own Your Chair: Diagnose, treatment plan, and deliver comprehensive general dentistry (restorative, cosmetic, prosthodontics) with complete clinical autonomy. Maximize Production: Perform extractions, endo, and minor oral surgery within your comfort zone. We’ll help you maximize your skillset. Drive Case Acceptance: Educate a diverse patient population on oral health, turning comprehensive exams into completed treatment plans. Lead the Floor: Partner with a highly efficient, high-functioning team of assistants, hygienists, and front-desk rockstars to keep the clinical flow seamless and stress-free. What You Bring to the Team The Basics: A DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school and an active, clean New York State dental license. The Tech: Comfort with digital X-rays, intraoral scanners, and modern charting software (we use Dentrix Ascend and OpenDental ). The Drive: Strong communication skills and a warm chairside manner. The Commute: Ability to reliably get to 190 Cozine Ave, Brooklyn, 11207 (If you have a car, that’s ideal; travel subsidies are on the table for the right fit).
