We are a friendly Pediatric Dental office with great hours! (7:30a-3:30p). We are currently looking for an energetic, positive, hard working, and highly motivated Dental Assistant team player with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. This position requires punctuality, reliability, excellent time management, ability to multitask efficiently without compromising accuracy and great computer skills. *This is a 5 day/week position, 7:30a-3:30p Dental Assistant responsibilities include: Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient. Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience. Actively monitor lab materials and supplies. Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines. Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed. Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals. Preferred Dental Assistant Skills : Radiology Certification 2+ years of previous experience working as a Dental Assistant Preferred but not required. Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions (RDAEF) preferred but not required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Experience in Patterson Eaglesoft dental software preferred Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
