Who Weâre Looking For We are looking for a dependable and experienced Dental Assistant II who can assist chairside confidently, stay organized throughout the day, and help keep the schedule running smoothly. This position is best for someone who is punctual, coachable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a private practice setting where teamwork and attitude matter. Reliability and professionalism are non-negotiable. Responsibilities Responsibilities include: Chairside assisting for restorative procedures, crown preps, build-ups, endodontic procedures, surgical extractions, and basic implant cases Taking FMX, PA, BW, and panoramic radiographs efficiently Intraoral scanning Fabricating and adjusting temporary crowns Denture adjustments and relines Room setup and breakdown according to office protocols Sterilization and instrument flow Maintaining clean, organized operatories Patient communication and comfort Supporting the daily schedule without constant direction Following doctor and office preferences consistently Requirements Ideal candidates should have: Prior experience as a Dental Assistant II Strong chairside assisting skills Good understanding of clinical flow and operatory setup Ability to work independently while still following office systems Punctuality and dependability Calm, professional communication Willingness to learn and follow 803 Dentalâs protocols Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Experience with digital dentistry, intraoral scanning, CBCT, implants, or temporary crown fabrication is a plus.
