Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)Job Overview o2 Dental is seeking a friendly, motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and fluoride treatments. Obtain diagnostic radiographs in accordance with state regulations. Conduct periodontal charting and oral health assessments. Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations. Assist doctors in identifying and documenting treatment needs. Maintain accurate clinical records and patient documentation. Follow infection control and sterilization protocols. Build trust and rapport with patients through excellent communication and compassionate care. Collaborate with doctors and team members to create an outstanding patient experience. Help promote a welcoming, positive atmosphere throughout the practice. Qualifications Current Texas Registered Dental Hygienist license (or eligibility to obtain before start date). Current CPR certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Ability to educate and motivate patients regarding their oral health. Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality patient care. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience with digital radiography and dental software is a plus but not required.
