The practice is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to contribute to the mission of providing exceptional patient care in a friendly and supportive environment. Responsibilities : Greeting and preparing patients for treatment. Assisting the dentist during examinations and procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques. Taking diagnostic quality X-rays. Sterilizing instruments and equipment to maintain a safe and clean environment. Educating patients on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care. Managing patient records and scheduling appointments using Dentrix. Supporting the team with various administrative tasks. Qualifications : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues. A detail-oriented and organized approach to tasks, even in a fast-paced environment. Experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate with the perfect blend of personality and potential. A current Washington State Dental Assistant Registration is required. Proficiency in dental software (experience with Dentrix is a plus!) Compensation & Benefits: Competitive pay, ranging from $21-30 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications.
