Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team 2-4 days/week. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional dental hygiene care, educate patients on oral health, and support our mission of delivering outstanding dental experiences. Key Responsibilities Reviewing patient health and dental history. Perform prophylaxis. Perform scaling, root planning. Conduct oral health assessments. Take dental radiographs (X-rays). Apply fluoride treatments, sealants, and other preventive measures as needed. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques. Document treatment plans, patient histories, and notes accurately in the patient record system. Collaborate with dentists and the dental team to deliver comprehensive patient care. Adhere to infection control and sterilization protocols to maintain a safe and compliant work environment. Qualifications Current state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited Dental Hygiene Program. CPR certification (required). Strong communication and patient education skills.
