Overview Wednesday 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM $360 per day with production bonus of 35% of production. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist Associate to join our team on Wednesdays. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general dentistry, with experience in managing a diverse range of dental procedures. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to patient care while working in a collaborative and supportive setting. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages. Provide a variety of dental treatments, including restorations, extractions, endodontics, and prosthodontics. Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate treatment plans effectively with patients and team members. Maintain thorough and accurate medical and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety and prevent cross-contamination. Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care through four-handed dentistry practices. Use dental imaging tools and medical imaging techniques for diagnosis and treatment planning. Skills Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix. Strong knowledge of pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, and general dentistry procedures. Experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other endodontic treatments. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation, and medical records management. Ability to demonstrate excellent patient care skills, including patient assessment and communication. Knowledge of infection control standards, sterilization procedures, and aseptic technique. Understanding of anatomy relevant to dental procedures and proficiency in dental fabrication techniques.
