Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Plano, TX
We are looking for a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) for Part-Time Position with a possibility of being full time based on experience. Also orthodontic experience with traditional brackets and wires is a plus. We are a full specialty office looking for someone with experience in assisting in Surgical and General/Cosmetic Dentistry. Minimum 1 year experience required. Must be attentive, punctual and organized. Good communication skills and being bilingual (Spanish) are preferred but not required. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during various procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow and patient comfort. Set up rooms with proper instruments and dental equipment needed for each procedure Prepare and sterilize instruments and dental equipment in accordance with aseptic techniques. Take and develop X-rays, while adhering to safety standards and HIPAA regulations. Maintain accurate patient records and assist with medical documentation. Communicate effectively with patients, providing education on dental procedures and care.
