Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Downtown Dental | Winona, MN $45–$55 per Hour | Flexible Schedule | Private Practice Downtown Dental is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our patient-centered, fast-paced, periodontal-focused private practice in Winona, MN. This position can be 1–4 days per week , depending on your availability. We are open to both part-time and full-time candidates. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality care while building long-term relationships with our patients. You will work directly with Dr. Kyle Coon and an experienced, supportive team that values teamwork, professionalism, and excellent patient care. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive hygiene care, including: Periodontal charting Scaling and Root Planing (SRP) Periodontal re-evaluations Periodontal maintenance (D4910) Adult and child prophylaxis Fluoride varnish Sealants Intraoral photos for all patients Digital radiographs (BW, PA, FMX, PAN) Local anesthetic administration as permitted by licensure Accurate charting in Fuse (chartless office) Schedule Monday–Thursday only No Fridays No weekends Flexible schedule 1–4 days per week available Qualifications Current Minnesota Registered Dental Hygienist License CPR Certification Excellent communication skills Strong computer skills Team-oriented mindset Passion for preventive and periodontal care Benefits (for eligible employees) Competitive hourly wage ($45–$55 per hour DOE) 401(k) Paid Time Off Dental Benefits Employee Discount Flexible Schedule Continuing Education Opportunities Why Downtown Dental?
