Willis Kids Pediatric Dentistry is a brand-new, modern pediatric dental practice in Willis Town Center - and we’re creating a bright, cheerful, family-friendly dental home for little Texans! Our practice focuses on creating a fun, seamless, and positive experience for our patients and their families. We are looking for a skilled, positive, friendly dental assistant who enjoys working with children, can assist efficiently, and wants to help build a brand new practice and grow with us long term. The idea candidate will: Have prior dental experience , and a calm, patient, and positive attitude Assist the dentist chair-side during pediatric procedures Help kids feel supported, safe, and comfortable, and assist with behavior guidance. Demonstrate patience, warmth and confidence while working with children and their families. Take digital X-rays gently and confidently Turn over operatories quickly and thoroughly. Sterilization, disinfection and instrument processing Maintaining dental equipment and following care guidelines Charting, notes, scheduling re care appointments, and maintaining smooth clinical flow Be a team player with willingness to support other team members Have a desire to grow continually and improve skillset Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour Work Location: In person
