We are seeking an Office Manager to join an exceptional private cosmetic and family practice and play a key role in our continued growth. Position Overview: The Office Manager holds a vital leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dental office. This position ensures a smooth and efficient workflow, monitors patient experience and case acceptance, supports team development, and helps drive overall practice performance. You will serve as the primary liaison between the doctor and team while also supporting front office responsibilities as needed. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and ensure an efficient, patient-centered workflow Monitor patient flow, scheduling, and goal attainment Lead, train, and support team members to maintain a high-performing culture Present and support high-value treatment plans with confidence and clarity Manage billing, accounts receivable, and financial systems Maintain strong communication between doctor and team Assist with front office duties as needed Preferred Qualifications: Preferred 3+ years of experience in dental office management; however, we place a strong emphasis on attitude, work ethic, and leadership potential.
