Position Summary As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will play an essential role in delivering excellent patient care by assisting the doctor during procedures, ensuring efficient clinical operations, and helping patients feel comfortable throughout their visit. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a positive patient experience. Responsibilities Assist the doctor during a variety of general dental procedures, including restorative treatment, extractions, crowns, bridges, and preventive services. Prepare treatment rooms and patients for procedures. Take and process digital radiographs in accordance with state regulations. Sterilize instruments and maintain operatories following infection control protocols. Provide patients with pre-operative and post-operative instructions. Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care recommendations. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and update patient records. Ensure treatment rooms are stocked, organized, and ready for patient care. Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs as necessary. Collaborate with team members to support an efficient patient flow and positive office culture. Support at Front Desk when needed. Deliver exceptional customer service and build trusting relationships with patients.
