Lead Dental Assistant / EFDA – Join Our Private Practice Team! We're looking for an experienced Lead Dental Assistant or EFDA to join our team! We are a small, private father-and-son dental practice in Saint Charles that takes pride in providing high-quality care while maintaining a positive, family-oriented atmosphere for both our patients and team members. What You'll Do: Assist the doctors with a variety of dental procedures Take digital x-rays and CBCT scans Use the iTero scanner for digital impressions Communicate effectively with patients to ensure a positive experience Follow proper infection control protocols Maintain instrument sterilization and operatory organization Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of chairside assisting experience required Dentrix experience is a plus EFDA certification is welcomed, but we are open to hiring an experienced Dental Assistant or EFDA What We Offer: 32-hour work week Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM NO Fridays, weekends, or evenings Uniform allowance 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Holiday pay Monthly bonus incentive program Supportive team environment Compensation: Pay is negotiable and based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
