Here's what your life actually looks like here: Your weekends start early — at 2pm Friday. Monday–Thursday, plus a short Friday (8am–2pm) with no patients at all — just admin, training, and setting up the week, then you're out the door with a head start on your weekend. You will never work a Saturday. Your hours are never cut. Slow day? That's our problem, not your paycheck's. You're never sent home short. About 5 weeks of paid time off — two paid vacations, plus holidays and personal days. The same health plan Dr. Pinto is on herself — not a stripped-down "employee" version. We cover 75% of the premium, and it's built so your real out-of-pocket stays low even when something serious comes up. Plus maternity leave and complimentary dental care for you. After that, compensation transitions to a $20/hour base plus uncapped performance bonuses.
